Scenic Road Designation for Riverside Drive: Kathy Graziano is sponsoring a proposal for a new city street designation or category – a road to carry both motorized/non-motorized use where speed limit would be 10-15mph. Need JROC support in creating this. The first City Scenic Road could be Riverside Drive between Huguenot Woods and Pony Pasture. It was moved, seconded and carried to support such action. Chris hull, our esteemed president offered to write a letter of support.
