First...Welcome to those that attended a JROC meeting for the first time. There was a good turn out from the mountain biking community with some very good input and ideas for future projects and collaboration. |

DISCUSSIONS A phone tree should be constructed and implemented. |

Concerns that Mtn. Bike competitions being held in the Park System are having a detrimental effect on the trail network and the park in general. |

Issues surrounding the proposed Dominion Resources building project upstream of the Belle Isle footbridge...future foot access, increased auto traffic, and river views were some of the topics discussed. |

PROJECTS: Saturday, October 13th....Clean up of the "Pipeline" rapid area coordinated by the Richmond Whitewater Club --- 12:00 in the Reynolds parking lot. |

Sunday, October 14th....Work on the "Missing link" trail --- 2:00 at the Manchester Wall parking lot...moving rocks so bring gloves, shovels, etc. |
