TREASURER'S REPORT
a. Bank Account was transferred to Wachovia as 1st Market began fees. b. Sally has pin #. How to prevent unwarranted access by seconding withdrawal? c. Check to city remains uncashed and Ralph and Sally looking into having it returned to the JROC.

PROJECT REPORT:
Vince gave Ralph and Nathan lexan. Jeff of Curbell Plastics agrees to help JROC with future latex, I mean lexan, purchases and supplies. Thanks Jeff.

X-terra come and gone. Anyone volunteer?
More trail building. Dave is seeing trails, "Everyyyywheeere."
Ralph H. continues to lobby city with pro take out propaganda. God bless this patient man. City Edition mentions river access in 10 Tips... article.
What gives items: dollar parking at Mayo; High H2O permits; plaque; Park survey (old and new data); homeless encampments on Bailey's Island; scaffolding at the Lee Foot Bridge permanent eyesore or temporary necessity, Greg to contact roads and bridges.
Projects thought to be good ideas at the time: clean Manchester parking lot and wall; break ins at Hillcrest (apparently trying to stop them); debris removal at Huguenot Flat Water (FKA H. Woods); lattice work and platform for Reedy Creek port o pot (reduced to air freshener)

Chris Hull after one beer only suggests meeting all summer long. Then goes MIA for most of summer. And where , you ask, is he tonight? AT one of them rock and roll shows, strutting around in the high priced ticket section and trying to remember how to dance.

JROC endorses bike patrols to "enforce and educate the population regarding the dangers and regulations when using the river above 5 ft. and moving H2O in general." Bike patrols can, "facilitate warnings for prevention and fines for potential violators."
Up to $300 approved for valve assembly at Pony Pasture. C. Hull to get plumbing estimates.
Chaco Sandals and Patagonia have project grants
