A) A) Recent / Current Projects
& Issues
1) 1) Conservation Easement Status: Capital Region Land Conservancy to hold the easement, JRP staff and trail guides will mind the boundary. DCR fall back plan.
2) 2) North Shore Take Out: $200 approved for Team WAV to move rock, Nathan to talk to Luck Stone regarding our account. Peter Bruce to lay geotext. To build: ramp to first step and roof on changing room. Thanks: Scott Wagner, Jim Juristch & Carl Gordon for building the changing room. Chris Hull to f/u on Abse plaque.

Trail Work: Hand rail above quarry
5) Maps: JROC prefers profits from map sales go to JRP fund, not to city general fund or special allocation fund.

Trail Hikes: Lorne F. gives update about 30 pple last hike. Consider WRIR
or WCVE ads.

2) Graffiti painting: Belle Isle taking it on historic buildings with possible gang references. Police notified.

21st Fish Festival: 10-4; need volunteers to help hold fishing
lines & bring boats to display, esp. fishing kayaks. come down and
demonstrate kayak fishing and work a booth on the South Bank near 14
d) Road
Lines at Pony Pasture will likely stay put.
No safety criteria set for removal or permanence. Southhampton Civic Association reportedly is
against them. Are others opposed? Press or media interested in the story?
